Massimiliano Pedoja

Avvocato and Solicitor

Massimiliano Pedoja is a dual qualified Italian Lawyer (Avvocato) and English Solicitor, who shares his professional time between Treviso and London. He is also a non-practising Spanish Abogado.

Massimiliano was awarded a Master’s Law degree in International Commerce (University of Padua). More recently he attended an arbitration course (Milan Chamber of Arbitration) and an introductory course on Sharia and Islamic Law (University of Edinburgh).

As an Avvocato, Massimiliano practices on a range of litigation disputes and has expertise on corporate, commercial and probate matters, often with international elements.

As a Solicitor, Massimiliano focusses on cross-border commercial matters and international probate issues, developing a particular expertise in the area of conflict of laws in various countries, including the EU Regulations and international treaties.

Thanks to his dual qualification Massimiliano is able to work on complex cross-border matters, untangling the interactions between the English and the Italian legal systems and more broadly with European Union’s rules.

In addition to working as a lawyer, Massimiliano cultivates a strong interest in ancient history and attended a number of courses on the subject both in England and in Italy. Massimiliano is also a member of the British Italian Law Association.
