Massimiliano Pedoja

Massimiliano Pedoja is a dual Italian Avvocato and English Solicitor who divides his professional time between Treviso and London. He is also a non-practising Spanish Abogado.

He holds a Master of Law in International Trade (University of Padua). He has recently completed an arbitration course (Milan Arbitration Chamber) and an introductory course on Sharia and Islamic Law (University of Edinburgh).

His practice covers a wide range of litigation, corporate, commercial and inheritance matters, often with an international element. He also focuses on cross-border commercial and international probate matters and has developed particular expertise in the area of conflict of laws, including EU regulations and international treaties.

Massimiliano is able to work on complex cross-border matters, unravelling the interplay between the English and Italian legal systems and, more broadly, the rules of the European Union.

In addition to his legal work, Massimiliano has a keen interest in geopolitics and ancient history and has attended a number of courses on the subject in both England and Italy. Massimiliano is also a member of the British Italian Law Association.
