Massimiliano Pedoja is a dual Italian Avvocato and English Solicitor who divides his professional time between Treviso and London. He is also a non-practising Spanish Abogado.
Massimiliano holds a Master of Law in International Trade (University of Padua). He has recently attended an arbitration course (Milan Arbitration Chamber) and an introductory course on Sharia and Islamic Law (University of Edinburgh).
As an Avvocato, Massimiliano is involved in a wide range of litigation and has expertise in corporate, commercial and inheritance matters, often with an international element.
As a Solicitor, Massimiliano focuses on cross-border commercial and international probate matters and has developed particular expertise in the area of conflict of laws, including EU regulations and international treaties.
With his dual qualification, Massimiliano is able to work on complex cross-border matters, unravelling the interplay between the English and Italian legal systems and, more broadly, the rules of the European Union.
In addition to his legal work, Massimiliano has a keen interest in Ancient History and has attended a number of courses on the subject both in England and Italy. Massimiliano is also a member of the British Italian Law Association.
