Michele Menato

Michele Menato is co-founder and senior partner of B&M Law LLP. He is a dual qualified Avvocato (Italy) and Solicitor (England & Wales) and specialises in advising companies, individuals and entrepreneurs on domestic and cross-border civil and commercial transactions and disputes.

Prior to establishing B&M Law LLP, Michele was joint head of the Italian department of a City boutique law firm where he represented clients with interests and assets in both the UK and Italy.

Michele's expertise covers property transactions, estate planning and contentious probate, as well as company formation, personal injury and dispute resolution. Over the years, Michele has developed a strong network of national and international resources which he draws upon to provide a seamless service to his clients. Client care is a priority for Michele and he works with his clients to provide practical legal solutions and advice that best suits their business objectives and/or financial circumstances.

Michele also provides sports representation to footballers and is a registered dual qualified lawyer with the Italian Consulate in London. He is also a member of the British-Italian Law Association.
