Rocio Perez

Rocio Perez is a dual qualified Spanish and English lawyer who was called to the Madrid Bar Association in 2008 and to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. Rocio has over 15 years experience working in the UK and specialises in private client and property work between the UK and Spain.

Prior to joining B&M Law LLP, Rocio was head of the Spanish and Latin American department of a London-based law firm where she represented UK clients with interests in Spain and Latin America.

Rocio has experience in both contentious and non-contentious domestic and international private client work, including the management of major class actions in Spain and Latin America. In particular, Rocio advises high net worth individuals on UK-Spain property transactions, family law matters, and wills and probate. She also advises UK and Spanish companies on the establishment and operation of their businesses both in the UK and Spain.
