Jessica Izzo is a Consultant Solicitor – Avvocato Stabilito and Notary Public for England & Wales.

As Notary Public, she provides notarial and legalisation services to both private individuals and companies through B&M Law LLP.

Jessica is fully bilingual in English and Italian. Thanks to our international consultants, she can also assist with documents in French, Spanish, and other languages (subject to review of content and requirements).

Remote Notarisation:

Documents eligible for Remote Notarisation (subject to the receiving country’s acceptance):

  • Certified copies (passports, IDs)
  • Certified true copies of original documents displayed via secure video
  • Statutory declarations and affidavits (if accepted by the foreign authority)
  • Company documents signed electronically
  • Academic certificates

It should be noted that remote notarisation is not accepted by all countries. The Notary will advise on the correct method for your destination jurisdiction and on the basis of the applicable English Notarial laws.
