Fernanda is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales and Avvocato Stabilito in Italy. Fernanda achieved Civil Higher Rights of Audience and can appear before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and other civil courts. Fernanda speaks Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and French.
Fernanda trained in a Legal 500 law firm and has over 7 years experience in Civil Litigation. She is highly experienced in Commercial Law providing advice on cross-border business matters particularly in Brazil and Italy. She regularly advises start-up companies on setting up and developing their activities in the UK.
She appeared before the Chancery Courts to defend an Anti-Suit Injunction. Fernanda represents clients in claims concerning breach of contract, personal injury, professional negligence, property disputes and intellectual property. She recently advised a client on a complex High Court litigation involving an international intellectual property matter against EasyJet airlines.
Fernanda represents clients in Divorce and Child proceedings in the Family Court. She is specialised in parental custody and contact proceedings with a cross-border element.
