Francesco Camilotti

Francesco is a Solicitor with a litigation background and a strong focus on corporate, commercial and employment law.

With extensive experience in private practice in the UK, he has built up a strong track record in handling complex disputes and advising companies on corporate transactions, commercial contracts and employment matters, often with a cross-border element.

In his employment practice, Francesco has considerable experience of handling highly sensitive and commercially complex matters, including disputes involving restraint of trade and whistleblowing claims. He also assists senior executives in negotiating their employment contracts, consultancy agreements, incentive plans and termination agreements. Clients recognise his approach as tenacious, pragmatic and strategic, with the adaptability to effectively navigate even the most sensitive situations.

Francesco trained with a leading international law firm in Italy before moving to London in 2003 to join a boutique City law firm. Over the years he has advised Italian and UK companies and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious matters, developing a broad practice encompassing corporate, commercial and employment work, often with an international dimension.

He advises clients in a range of sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, retail and food and drink.
