Jessica Izzo is a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, Republic of Ireland and Italian Avvocato, as well as a Notary Public. She divides her professional life between England and Italy, drawing on the strengths of both legal systems.
After earning a Higher Diploma in Banking & Finance, Jessica graduated in Law, having completed her LLB and LLM Legal Practice course at the University of Westminster. In 2023, she obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Company Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, where her thesis examined the validity and enforceability of clauses in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts under both Common Law and Civil Law systems. She subsequently completed the Notarial Practice Course at University College London, qualifying as a Notary Public.
As Head of Property Law at the firm, Jessica leads the English residential conveyancing and commercial real estate practice, with a strong cross-border focus. She advises domestic and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients, providing strategic, practical, and bilingual support throughout the property transaction process. Her core practice covers acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial properties—including freeholds, long leaseholds, off-plan purchases, rent-to-buy, and shared ownership schemes—as well as new lease structuring and negotiation, remortgages and secured lending, lease extensions, and enfranchisement.
In addition to her property practice, Jessica advises international clients on corporate matters and complex cross-border business and construction contracts. She also provides expert legal guidance on Italian non-contentious real estate and procurement matters.
Jessica is accredited by the Law Society of England & Wales to provide specialist family law advice, particularly on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage (divorce and separation), and financial orders.
She collaborates closely with tax advisors, surveyors, foreign notaries, and estate agents, providing seamless guidance on complex multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory matters. With deep expertise and a practical approach, Jessica helps clients navigate cross-border and real estate transactions with confidence.
